EMS Distinguished Speakers

The EMS is a co-organizer of two mathematical conferences in the first half of 2013, the EMS-DMF Joint Mathematical Weekend in Aarhus (Denmark), April 5-7 and the 1st European-Nordic Congress of Mathematicians in Lund (Sweden), June 10-13. The EMS meeting committee has selected one of the plenary speakers at every event as EMS Distinguished Speaker. These prestigious honorary appointments go to
Prof. Jeremy Gray, Open University, UK (speaker in Aarhus) and to
Prof. Adrian Constantin, King's College, London, UK and Universität Wien, Austria (speaker in Lund).
