Theme 2: Multi-fidelity simulators

Organizers: C. Helbert, O. Roustant

The exploration of heavy industrial simulators requires clever stategies. The idea may be for example playing on tuning parameters to accelerate the simulation. The result is less accurate but can be obtained more quickly. Simulations with different levels of fidelity may result in a significant improvement of quality of prediction and a gain of computing time. In this workshop we propose three talks on recent research on the modeling of multi-fidelity and a discussion on industrial challenges and theoritical issues.
