"Alexandru Myller" Mathematical Seminar Centennial Conference

The Conference is a centennial celebration of the "Alexandru Myller"
Mathematical Seminar of the "Al. I. Cuza" University of Iasi. This
celebration is also part of the anniversary of 150 years from the foundation of the University of Iasi. The Mathematical Seminar was founded in 1910 by the late Professor A. Myller, who obtained his Ph.D. degree at Göttingen in 1907, under D. Hilbert (chair and adviser), F. Klein and H. Minkowski (members). Besides a general session dedicated to the history of the Mathematical Seminar, there will be several sessions on the basic branches of Mathematics listing both invited and contributed presentations. The Organizing
Committee is headed by Professors Viorel Barbu, Radu Miron, Constantin
Corduneanu, Ovidiu Carja, Razvan Litcanu, Marius Durea. All
current and former members of the "A. Myller" Mathematical Seminar are invited to participate. The invitation is also extended to all interested persons from the international mathematical community.
