ModCompShock: Spring School on Multiscale Modelling

The spring school is concerned with analytical and numerical tools for multiscale modelling, such as measure-valued and statistical solutions, stochastic partial differential equations, and novel hyperbolic models for viscous Newtonian fluids. Lectures are given by renowned experts in the field of nonlinear (stochastic) partial differential equations and fluid dynamics. The spring school is part of the innovative training network ModCompShock Modelling and Computation of Shocks and Interfaces, which focuses on the training of early stage researchers in the general area of nonlinear hyperbolic and convection dominated partial differential equations, with emphasis on innovative modelling and computational methods.
