Conference on Mathematical Biology: Modeling and Differential Equations

Sunday, February 8, 2009 - 8:00pm to Friday, February 13, 2009 - 7:59pm

Mathematical Biology is a field of increasing interest with applications including modeling of biomedical problems, new trends in population dynamics and mathematical insights of biological evolution. The aim of the meeting will be putting together results and new methods and techniques on differential equations with open problems on some topics including, among others, tumor growth modeling, structured population dynamics, evolutionary dynamics and chemotaxis.

Venue:
Centre de Recerca Matemàtica, Campus de la Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Apartat, 50, E-08193 Bellaterra (Spain)
