Assistant professor position (Juniorprofessorship) in Pure Mathematics (non tenure-track)

The initial appointment will be for four years, with an extension of additional two years after a positive evaluation.

We are searching for a mathematician with a focus in Symplectic Geometry and Topology. The professorship should strengthen the research areas represented at the Mathematical Institute.

Requested is an excellent dissertation in mathematics, international publications and teaching experience. The teaching load is four hours per week before, and six hours per week after the evaluation (Lehrverpflichtungsverordnung Baden-Württemberg).
